Cultivate and Inspire is a transformational one-day workshop designed to bring out your passion, nurture your roots and cultivate your dreams. It’s an intensive, yet fun-filled day with Helen Howells, Hwylus. Designed to help you dig deep – and plant your seeds to success.

With over 15 years’ experience in rural business, Helen is an inspiration to those around her and a born organiser. You’ll leave feeling inspired, with a productive mindset to smash your goals! Based on Helen’s research and development of the Hwylus coaching model (developed with the University of Wales Trinity St Davids), we’ll work on three main components to achieving your long term success – know your roots, nurture your seeds and stay curious.

The workshop is set for late October, a perfect time to focus on yourself following the busy Summer season and just before you get caught up in Christmas preparations.

The morning will consist of a series of hands-on exercises to help you get back in touch with your roots. Before you got busy helping everyone else achieve their dreams, can you remember yours?

Nurture and Grow

This is all about having the right structure in place to support you. No more getting to 4.00pm, with two-thirds of your to-do list untouched. Helen will help you prioritise your top long term goals and start a plan to make it happen.

Set in the heart of the Brecon Beacons, Brynich Barn is a beautifully converted 17th century hay barn, surrounding by a stunning rural landscape. The perfect setting to release the busy-ness of life and start to focus on passion, purpose and personal planning.

If you’re travelling to Brecon, you can stay at one of the many beautiful cottages on site, or there are other places to stay nearby. Accommodation is not included in the cost of the workshop.
